WORK LOCATION:

You will work for a service provider in the oil, gas and wind industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Receiving tender documentation from potential clients and analysing these documentations.
• Writing prososales en work on the selection method selection.
• Preparing cost calculations.
• Making drafts of installation sequence drawings.
• Work on risk assessments.
• Staying in contact with subcontractors, partners and supporting departments.
• Summarizing and reporting for internal and external approval.

CRITERIA:

• You hold a BSc or a MSc Degree in a relevant discipline.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in the tendering, preparation and follow-up of in installation of oil & gas platforms, decommissioning or construction of civil infrastructures.
• You are prepared to travel abroad for short missions.
• You are stress resistant, can work under pressure and keep your team focused.
• You have excellent negotiations skills and commercial awareness.
• You have excellent communication skills.
• You are pragmatic and work in a proactive manner with a hands-on mindset and problem-solving approach.
• You are a natural leader and driven to get your team forward.
• You are an experienced with MS Office applications.
• Your knowledge of planning programs, such as MS Project and/or Primavera is an asset.
